Push or use the controls to turn the mirror all the way in One direction. This should allow you to get your fingers behind the mirror. Simply pull until it pops off the mount. Installation of this replacement mirror is the reverse. Use your whole hand to apply pressure and push it into the mount until it clicks. Direct replacement. No fit issues installed within just a few minutes
