Everything is there, even the felt pad. I would have given it s as five, but I found it a little hard to set the points due to the product stamping. The support structure for the top point in bent downward making it difficult to clearly see the top point. See picture, normally the points are not obscured by the stamping. They are working great, 1970 Trail 70 starts with one kick. This product shipped very quickly with Amazon Prime.

With the points closed there wasn’t continuity through them (and I cleaned them). Ended up cleaning old points and using them.

The parts package didn't look like what is shown in the picture. Was a different manufacturer. The parts did fit though. The picture is a false advertisement.
