1. DRILL MODEL
Don't use impact/hammer driver. Please use drill driver to deburring/chamfering.
2.FIXED WORKPIECE
To make sure perfect deburring, please fix the workpiece tight.
3.SPRAY OIL
Hard steel could use lubricating oil to improve tool performance

In a clockwise direction only. Slightly applying pressure to remove the burr.

One of those tools you think, Why am I wasting $ on this accessory. Already fixed multiple threaded bolts faster than digging out a tap. Worked perfectly for custom threaded rod. Keep the cardboard sleeve. Device could have laser engraving with max rpm on the outside diameter. Works at slow speeds (only noted on the back of the packaging).

such a great product to have in your shop if you do alot of metal work with nuts and bolts that require different size bolt lenghts where you can cut the threads off and use this great tool to trim thr burred end and reinstall the nut without cross threading. highly recommended and i bought two different sizes.

Love it! I use a lot of all thread cut to size. Cut the whole lot, de-bur, go to work. Without being 20', hanging in the sky, and have try to file to start nuts. Start your nuts easily!

I had been rounding off the ends of bolts on the grinder and then finishing off on the wire wheel, but this is much faster and doesn't wear my grinding stones on evenly. A little cutting oil as suggested makes it fast and painless. Just use common sense and don't apply too much pressure initially.
