This is a fantastic machine, and the seller was very helpful. I had a little trouble threading the machine the first time. I watched some Youtube videos, but they weren’t helpful even though I have experience on industrial machines. The seller walked me through threading the machine. It sews wonderfully. The seller is very nice and very helpful. Here are some things you should expect because it is an industrial machine. It isn’t easy to setup and install. You should look up multiple YouTube videos and watch them. Expect it to take at least a couple hours. It is an industrial machine, and it isn’t easy to use if you haven’t sewn on a walking foot before. You need to push the bobbin case in very hard until you hear it click.Enjoy!

The machine is great and sews perfectly! Just take a look at that sample double french seam. Servo motor is a nice improvement over a clutch motor. Placement of the knee lift was a bit of a challenge, but after a couple failed placements I found the perfect spot.

I had a Consew many years ago with a huge 3/4 horse motor. The new motor is much smaller with the same power. Really nice. As others have stated, there are no instructions for setup. Thank the stars for those folks that have posted on You Tube. (Although, be warned, some of the instructions are not correct.) If you are mechanically inclined, you will figure it out. If not, I would suggest you contact a provider that can put it together for you. I understand that Consew moved their manufacturing to China some time back. It seems to be a solid product. Very happy so far.

With just a few moments of sampling, the machine itself seems to be heavy duty and working. I’ll update on the machine if necessary. As this is a package purchase, I am commenting more earnestly about the table and instructions.First, be clear, there are NO instructions. I figured I’m pretty handy and like puzzles. I’ve got this. Several hours later... here’s the problem. The big pieces are easy enough. I can figure out where a leg and a pedal go. What I had no idea about were the bolts, washers, lock washers, screws of various sizes and nails. There is absolutely no direction for what to use where. The machine weighs 80 pounds. It’s not like I can just throw it all together and hope my choices are right. Strength is important. I watched several YouTube videos including the one by the seller. Not one video had an exact match for the parts I was sent. Also, not one video showed how to assemble anything beyond the actual table. One mounted the motor. None connected the machine or showed the bobbin winder or anything else. I’m running a business. The down time on this machine due to assembly issues was not acceptable.Second, the table top is easily chipped. I have several chips (see pics) and I haven’t even actually used the machine yet. Finally, the first table top had a cutout that did not fit the machine. After several calls and numerous attempts to send pics, they finally sent me a replacement top. Same problem. The machine fits in when you set it in the hole to dry run it. After you add the bumpers and hinges, the machine no longer fits. For the replacement top, I explained that the front corners need to be rounder to allow for the bumpers and for the machine to tilt up. They did not make the adjustment, even though if you watch their video of the machine assembly you can see that they have done exactly that. How can they be shipping table tops with incorrect cutouts over and over again?I ended using my oscillating tool and routing out the corners myself, hence the chipping at the corner that you see in the pic.Their customer service is extremely friendly. I hate to give such a poor review, but from a business perspective, the whole experience was unacceptable.

Bad customer service. Don't buy this sewing machine from this seller "Precisionsewingmachines". It's been a month they haven't sent me the right parts. They're shipping out with bad packaging; missing parts, screws, nuts, and bolts. And when I called for a missing parts they kept transfer me around. At lease 5 representatives before got to Sammy Gagliano who handle my case. This is how he help customer " I will sent an email for your missing parts to Consew. Then they sent me with wrong parts and missing parts again. I called him; he said call me tomorrow and I will call Consew. He told me to drill the frame because it doesn't match holes. He told me to buy belt from AutoZone when I paid $1400 for a new machine". It's worse than on star. He told me be patient. This seller ruined my wife christmas present. and NO SETUP INSTRUCTION.
