These are very sturdy and look nice in the wall. The only complaints I have are that one of the two I ordered had NO premarked places for the holes for the hooks. One of,them did, so I just eyed it and the second one looks pretty close, but I wish they,had both been marked. The other complaint is that I had to get creative to hang because our tool assortment is pretty standard and our drill is too large to fit into the cubbies to drill the holes and screw into the wall, so I had to buy an extra long drill bit to drill, and I bought an electric screwdriver to put the screws into the drilled holes. Definitely a two persons project to mount them.Now that they are up, I love them!!!

We really like this, put it on the wall in the "mud room" in our ski house. A bit to put together, but it is very sturdy and does the trick!

The final product looks great, however the comment I keep getting from others is "You paid how much for that thing?" I am certain I could have built something similar myself for a lower cost and with just as much difficulty. I also had to rearrange the order of the assembly instructions to get it to fit together right. My biggest issue is that although it is designed to be mounted on the wall, the product came with no mounting hardware or instructions. Frustrating as the most important thing is that it is safe/secure. So be prepared with your own anchoring materials if you want to be able to get it up right away. I decided to use hangers on the top, brackets on the bottom, and long screws through the back panel through the studs. It's 46 lbs as is and I plan to load it with stuff so hopefully it holds.

This is a really nice product. The hardware screws are very good. The cut insets in the sides and pre-drilled holes for the screws match up very well when putting together 2 pieces. The wood sides, back, top and bottom are very good and there were no blemishes on the finish that anyone would care about. All real wood - no particle board MDF stuff. Better than Ikea. I would buy another one if the need arises. It is a very good value at this price point. Very good.So, why only 4 and not 5 stars ?1. The assembly instructions are poor. And it is possible to assemble this wrong. Just like Ikea furniture. I used a drill with the correct size allen hex bit, so it just took a an extra 10 minutes to fix. However, I can imagine the person that used the supplied allen wrench screaming if this happened to them.2. The cubby wood is very thin and flexible. I think it's less than an 1/8 thick. So you will not be putting heavy objects in the upper row cubbies. But you can put very heavy objects on the first row and on top of it. Should be a little thicker to better match the quality of the other pieces.That said the piece is very functional and looks good enough (nice finish) to be in our front door hallway.

Nice unit. We use it in our bathroom so that our five kids all have their own bathing, grooming stuff in one place, and a hook for their own towel, and it's worked great for that! The reviews saying the shelves are made of cardboard are wrong. They're made of some sort of thin balsa-like composite. They're not super heavy duty, but they are a rigid, solid material and not cardboard, so won't get soggy if wet (which was a concern of ours).

Not what we expected cubby holders that cross are not sturdy enough to hold much weigh. Children have a lot of heavy things in their cubbies.

easy assemble, only problem is that it is suppose to be hung on a wall, did not come with any pre drilled holes to be hung on the wall or hanging brackets. left clueless on how to hang it on wall. it took for ever to receive mine since the first one I ordered was lost and the second one that I was to receive was to be delivered next day did not receive till almost 3 weeks later..

This is great. I have never received anything this well protected for delivery. It was very well designed. Its not assembled with locking pins, but with beefy hex head screws (tool included). Made out of plywood it is a bit heavy, I haven't mounted it yet because I will need help (I'm 74). All the screw holes and slots were properly placed. I love it, can't wait to have it on the wall. It was a little challenging to keep all those interior dividers in their slots while putting on the second end peice. I agree, it would be nice if the dividers were 1/8 or at least 1/16 inches thicker. I am well pleased with it.
