Your cart is empty.The SystemOne Machine UI Knob is dark, charcoal gray in color with a silver rim on the top. The sides of the knob flare out slightly and are ridged for easy gripping. It comes standard with all SystemOne 60 SERIES CPAP/BiPAP machines. It can also be used to replace the lighter gray Machine UI Knob found on all SystemOne 50 SERIES CPAP/BiPAP machines

This was a perfect fit. After I read the instructions to remove the old metal D ring on the dial shaft first.

The knob fit perfectly. The original had broken due to baggage handling on a flight I took. I should have packed better.I would like to thank someone on here that recommended ensuring the metal sleeve from the original knob wasn’t still on the switch control shaft before trying to install the new one. That metal sleeve did stay on there and would have damaged the new knob had I tried to force it on. A pair of small pliers helped removed the metal sleeve.

This control knob shipped and arrived within 3 days and was a perfect fit for my Phillips Respironic Series 60 CPAP machine. Some of the reviewers who have said it does not fit must have ordered the wrong part OR (more likely)may have not removed the old metal ring from the broken knob which was probably still in the machine around the stem of the metal control. This little piece must be removed (either the old one or the one inside the new part), or the new knob will not slide on properly! The pictures show the old, broken part and the little metal piece which locks onto the stem.

Make sure if the old knob broke you remove the metal sleeve from the cpap machine knob spindle before trying to install. It’s probably still stuck on there and you can’t install the new knob until that metal clip from the old knob is removed.

My original knob fit perfectly and fit snuggly down into the depression and fit snugly on the d-shaped post. This knob does not fit my respironic system one. It sits on top of the d shape post even though I carefully aligned the flat edge, it will not slide into place.
