Got this as a gift for my mother in law who is an OT. Super engaging and fun toy for children-- even the adults were playin! Came in great shape. Great price compare to other wooden toys as well.

There are various ways you can play with this game. I like that the holes have the letter in the bottom to help the child identify and match where each fish goes. The fish can be stood up on a solid surface outside of the board, which helps with random "fish by letter" requests. The poles help with fine motor skills because the magnet ends on the pole and fish are not big and require a degree of precision (slowness/patience). Once the magnets catch, they have a solid connection. This game has held up well for the past year. All of the holes have their letters and the fish have not lost any color or letterings. My almost three year old still likes to play fish with this set.

Well made. All parts exactly as shown. Bought for a 3 year old who loved catching the fish. Five year old enjoyed matching the letters and lining up the fish. A great toy.

I got this for my daycare and it is super cute and the kids really love playing it with me. I love that there are letters underneath each fish that we can talk about and they can learn from. I love that they can try to match the fish with the letter on it to the correct letter. It brings lots of giggles.
