This pan is multipurpose for me. I will use it for baking roasting, and best of all when. It’s going to be perfect when I use it for Bano de Maria when I make my flan. My glass pie container fits perfect in there. I don’t know why I didn’t think about this before. if anybody who’s reading this and makes flan, this is going to be perfect for the Bano de Maria. And you can’t beat the price.

I bought a few stainless steel pans as drip pans for my BBQing needs. Most of the pans I found were a little vague as to their exact size (poorly dimensioned photos), but the larger pan of this set was exactly as stated (16.5" x 12"). Unfortunately, that turned out to be about 1/16†(1.5mm) longer than I could use for my setup. This pan is too sturdy to force it to fit. I can't believe I have to reject this for being well made and as described. It is far better made and far sturdier (thicker metal and better rim design) than the other 2 pans I could find of similar close dimensions.

We use these for our seafood boils. They are PERFECT. Heavy duty... rolled edges. Handles are the best. AND they wash up beautifully. Could be washed in the dishwasher because they are stainless - however, I hand washed mine. I bought 4 sets (comes with one larger pan and one smaller pan). They worked perfectly for our boil mix - seafood, potatoes, corn on the cob and sausages and because the pans have handles I don't burn my fingers with the hot body of the pan once loaded with the hot boil mix. I am impressed with the weight of the pans and the quality of stainless. I am back to buy a set for my daughter - she asked for a set after using them at the boil. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful and I hope this review was helpful to you!

I'm on a kick to switch all of my cookware to stainless steel. The coated pans always gets scratched up and the aluminum pans warped, so they're getting relegated to garage cleaning pans.The two knocks I have on the pans are that the large pan, the wire rack is slightly too big to fit inside without firmly pressing it into place. The second is that the handles sit flush with the pan, making it impossible to grab with oven mitts on.Other than the two nits listed, the pans don't wobble when lifted with filled with a 4 layer Lasagna inside or a full Shepherds pie.The price was reasonable for the quality.

These pans were thinner metal than I expected, but workable. The wire racks are too thin and can bend depending on what you're cooking. Great for baking bacon, but wire racks can warp a bit. Recommend company increase thickness, but they work and keep my bacon from boiling in grease. Meant to give 3.5 stars, but could only give full stars

I purchased this product because I purchased a book on sheet pan cooking and finding pans to cook a large or smaller meal with very little work- you literally line the pans with parchment paper, throw in the ingredients set the oven and shazam! Perfectly roasted vegetables, meat (cut to the same size for quick cooking), a little oil, garlic and onions and you have a meal for 6, and all you had to do was cut the meat & veg into equal portions - set it and forget it! Put the appropriate timer on for each and it's done! People rave about slow cooking but ROASTING is the key to getting the BEST FLAVORS out of your meat and veg. It LOCKS the flavors in and you can only get that flavor with a roasting pan and these are the pans you NEED. They have well placed handles on the sides for easy lifting and if you place on bottom interior some parchment paper there is almost ZERO mess. Lift and dump, then a little wipe and back into the cupboard for dinner tomorrow. Perfect thickness on the steel so it doesn't warp which is what you need to look for. I have not experienced any staining either. A very nice set and the sizing is perfect for a 2-6 member family meal.

These are nice stainless roasting pans. The non stick on my old roasting pan came off within a year, so I decided to replace it with a non coated stainless one. I decided to take a chance on this set and I am glad I did. They work great in our smoker and clean up nicely. The racks are a little flimsy but they work well for what we have used them for and if we need a sturdier one for a large turkey, we already own one. Some reviews said the outer edges were sharp, and I can see where some may find that to be a problem but I haven't had an issue with handling the pans at all. The price you pay for the two pans make them a great deal.
