I cut myself on the edges of the handle multiple times. There were not clear instructions to use. It said for small cookies use position 1 for large cookies use position 2. However, how switch positions was not indicated at all and it wasn't intuitive.Not worth it. Got so angry after trying my 3rd tray of cookies and 5th slice of my hand due to the sharp edges that I threw it away, along with the dough.

I like the stability of the cookie press, it came with multiple pieces for different designs. My only concern is the small round pieces are thin and the material doesn’t feel like it will last as long as I would like. Other than than that I use this to make Mexican churros and it works very well and the lever just goes up and down smoothly to dispense the dough instead of other products that have a turning one.

This cookie spritzer looked good at first—the barrel was nicely machined and the two end pieces were also of good quality. However, the internal ratcheting mechanism and the dies used to form the cookies were made of soft metal that didn’t hold up. The dies bent from the pressure of the dough and the ratcheting mechanism didn’t last more than two minutes before failing. Never got even one batch of cookies made for Christmas made with this thing. In case you think that the problem was the dough, I found an ancient plastic cookie spritzer in my Mom’s cabinet (which I had ruled out before because I thought it would be too flimsy) and was able to spritz the dough with that, thank goodness. Almost ruined Christmas.

I bought my Cookie Press Maker on 2021, And I haven't had a chance to use it till today. Unfortunately, it is under my expectations 1- the quality is bad 2. the cookie discs are smaller than the cylinder which causes the dough to come out from the side of the cylinder ( see picture) 3. the discs are very thin which makes them bent when pushing the dough out. 4. I think it is made of Alimunium, not stainless steel as mentioned because there is some black color comes out on my vanilla dough. Generally, it is very bad quality when I compared it to the one I had previously that I used for over 20 years. I don't recommend anyone to buy it

I don't like the looks of it as the handle is so long. I'm going to look for another one that is stainless steel. I will return this one. The box was was crushed in and ripped.

very disappointing, after 10 cookies the pin holding the handle broke. then we noticed that all the cookies had a gray shade to them from the metal.there is a thickness gauge that did not really work for us.sure easy to clean but it leaves metal traces even after a soap water bath.Going back to the plastic model. I was hoping for more. The idea behind the position of the handle was great but the over quality is not there.
