My hand mixer literally blew up and I decided to upgrade. I spent days comparing models, accessories, specs, etc. I was looking at Kitchen Aid, but as good as everyone says they are, it's just too much to invest in a mixer that's not used every day. What attracted me to the Cook Lee brand was, first, the price on Amazon, that was made even better by a "coupon" savings and my bonus points. Second (having spent most of my life in graphic design) was the actual design of the mixer. Nothing you have to hide in a cabinet! It's about half the weight of a Kitchen Aid. Which leads me to one small point: in the "compare with" section on Amazon, material was listed as "aluminum". I know it wasn't meant for the accessories, becasuse they had their own material description. It's a heavy duty plastic body, but it's not aluminum. Regardless, what isn't plastic today? The suction cups on the bottom are formidable, almost like wrestling with an octopus! Lift it all up at once, because if one of them catches the counter top again, it sticks! Which is good, because the mixer DOES shimmy a little on higher speeds, but the machine stays put very firmly. The biggest surprise was the quietness of operation. I thought it might be noisier because it has a 600+watt motor--stronger than many other brands, including Kitchen Aid. So that was a surprise. The spatter cover is a nice extra, and the stainless steel 9.5 quart bowl has a handle and it twist-locks to the base. I've tried the various attachments and speeds and different weight doughs, just to inaugurate the mixer properly and see if there were any negatives. Well, one. But it's a reverse-negative in that I'm mentioning the bowl is too BIG. It was fine for all I used it for, but there will come a time when a smaller bowl would be more practical, so I'v checked with the manufacturer and am awaiting a reply. All in all, if you're not completely convinced that Kitchen Aid is the ONLY good mixer, this one is highly recommended. Weight wise, it's easy enough that almost anyone can handle it, so if you store it in a cabinet you don't need to call for help to hoist it out. I don't have the cabinet space, so it doubles as a mixer and a piece of sculpture!

I rarely leave reviews but the Cook LeeStand mixer deserves it. I own a Home Vegan Bakery and I needed to upgrade because my almost 6 year old $40 stand mixer is overworked and needs to retire. So of course I was eyeing one of those fancy brand 5 Quarts stand mixers that are very popular BUT I cannot afford to spend over $400 - $600 on it when a $40 mixer did such an splendid job for many years. So I was doing a lot of research and saw the Cook Lee stand mixer and read reviews and watched videos on YouTube to see it in action, I wanted to make sure it was good, so here is my take! The Cook Lee stand mixer I picked is the Pink one so it matches with my logo and it looks sooo pretty on videos for TikTok. The Cook Lee bowl is 9.5 Quarts!! The other “popular†brand bowl size is only 5 Quarts so I was pretty stoked about that. It is not nosy at all, it is very quiet even on the higher speeds. It comes with 3 attachments Flat, Whisk and Dough hook they feel and look of very good quality. The bowl also comes with a cover. It includes a spatula and a very nice thick recipe book. You can see and feel that the quality of the stand mixer is excellent, I really liked that it locks the bowl in place so it doesn’t move and has a lock for the mixer’s arm too. The suction has very nice grip on the counter it won’t move, with all these details it makes the mixer very secure to use.If you’re looking to upgrade or get a nice stand mixer I highly recommend this one, it has so many nice features for less than $100 it is a great deal for the good quality it is.

This is a really good product. The PROs from switching from my Kitchen Aid: I love the 9.5 quart bowl and can make double and triple recipes. The splash guard is a lot better as it goes around the whole bowl. It's significantly cheaper. I read people complaining about the sound, but it is a kitchen appliance with a motor, so I didn't expect it to be quiet. It's not excessively loud (IMO). It's a lot lighter weight too. Oh, and it's a pretty purple color! The CONs - the mixer attachment does not come as close to the bottom/sides of the bowl, so you'll have to stop and scrape it down during/after.I've only used it about a dozen times now, so I can't comment on its' longevity.

This is my second one I bought and first one went bad with few months. I thought my wife did something wrong. I bought it again and same issue happened after 2 years. There for I tried to use my warranty and I can’t find it anymore.

This product , hits 10 stars, not 5 , i waited to use it a bit before i made my review , there is nothing to say negative about this product , i have had many stand mixers, but this one is on top of my list , i would not hesitate to buy another one if needed , it has a big bowl , that is so great , also light weight , but works so hard ,and it didnt even show signs of being hot or over worked , buy this mixer you wont be disappointed , and to top it off ,the price is so right, thank you COOKLEE lots of power also .

Tiene todo el armazón de plástico, está muy frágil porque no puedes batir más de 500grs de masa porque empieza a vibrar.

I bought this mainly to make bread from scratch. It works well. It easily mixes and kneads enough for 2 big loaves (1.2 kg of flour) at once. 5 minutes later and into bowl for proofing. Saves space since its footprint is smaller than the counter top for kneading. Also I use it for pizza dough. It will pay for itself in work and $.

I also really wanted to like this mixer it's not a bad mixer i've had it about a month and I've made bread 4 or five times but I've had to lower the amount of bread that I can make at once because the mixer is so trash the mixer would be a good mixer if they hadn't made the body of it out of plastic I don't know who thought plastic would be fine but they should be fired it's got a good motor but a bad body so when you turn it on literally the whole thing undulates it's very hard to explain it's like when you smack jello and it just wiggles and undulates and moves all weird this mixer moves so weirdly when you're mixing that you have to hold it down I think most people are not holding it down when they use it which is why they're having issues they think they can just turn it on and let her rip but you can't you gotta turn it on you can't go above speed 3 and you gotta hold your hand on the top while it mixes the other thing I didn't enjoy like other people have mentioned in other negative reviews is that the mixer attachments don't even reach the sides of the bowl so you literally have to sit there with a spatula while the thing is mixing trying to get it to all properly mixed together I would give this product 5 stars if they would simply remake the product with a metal body instead of a plastic body and I think as well they need to revise the design of the mixer attachments considering they don't even touch the sides of the bowl or the bottom of the bowl it makes making anything very tedious and in my personal opinion anybody and everybody that bought this product and gave it a negative review should get their money back so that we can buy a better mixer I find it very unfair that sellers like this can fill the page with regurgitated good reviews but the actual real people reviewing and giving negative reviews seem to be forgotten about I also don't like the seller because they try to dispute any claim you try to make so if you have a problem with the product they just basically take so long to get back to you that by the time they do get back to you the warranty is already run out I find that very dirty and underhanded and I truly think that that is a very bad business if your product is bad and you guarantee that it's good you should have no problems giving the money back so someone could buy a better product if your product is garbage I really wanted to love this mixer but I don't I 100% regret my purchase please do not buy this if you don't have a lot of money or if you're on disability like me I was fooled by the positive reviews do not be fooled yourself
