Ordered the pack of three, and they are the ones where you input batteries. Seems like durable plastic, so so far, no issues with the product itself. Knocking a star off because the packaging came damaged considering this is a gift. Although a gift for a child, I would still prefer if it came in nicer.

3 little cousins loved these walkie talkies! Connor, landon and Riley loved them and they had fun playing hide n seek. Reasonably priced, great colors and hours of fun. What more could we ask for to keep Kids occupied?
