My cooler is old but still in good condition. However, the hinges went out and thought of just replacing the cooler itself. Then I found these hinges. The provided hardware worked perfect. The hinges are perfect size and the lid opens and closes with ease. I just saved over $100 by just installing the repair kit. I works better than new (plastic ones). We do spend lots of time at the beach and in rivers. While at a river we will float the cooler.

I have old igloo 92 and 94 qt coolers. Hinges and latches fit perfectly. But, my catch stud has 2 screws. Replacement has only one. So alignment was a problem The solution I came up with was to install stud in the latch. Center it and drill a small hole through the stud and the latch, install the latch on the cooler and use it for a template . Drill a pilot hole through the latch into the cooler. Remove the template and use it for the other latches. Install studs and latches. Repeat for remaining latches. Worked well.

Used these stainless parts to re-build an old Igloo cooler. They fit great and are definitely better than the cheaply-made original hinges and latches. Shame on Igloo for continuing in 2024 making the same cheap parts.

Bolted on to my Igloo 100 qt. Cooler perfectly. Nice upgrade over the cheap originals that kept breaking off.

Great up grade and/or replacement. Everything bolted right up and worked great. Stainless steel replacement should last for the rest of the life of the Igloo. Definitely recommend
