Appeared to be almost perfect at first glance. Original screws are wider and shorter. Reused those instead and will get to them with the Dremel to remove the rust eventually. Noticed the plastic seemed softer and it was once completely installed. Could tell by the flexing of the hinges away from the mountings. It works though. Will report back when it fails.

Put the latches on Perfect fit on same screw holes.Had cooler many years -decades. Replaced drain valve and lid latch's. Worth repairing.
