Our Aqua Helios fabric provides medium compression for added support and shape retention. With a slick handfeel, chlorine and saltwater resistance and 4-way stretch, this breathable, quick-dry UPF 50+ fabric is designed for active water wear. We developed it as a sustainable fabric made with a recycled fiber blend and Lycra Xtra Life to resist perspiration and wear from chlorinated water up to 10 times longer than most spandex.

I burn very easily, so snorkeling can be really bad on the backs of the legs given that the best sunscreens can still wash off during prolonged swimming. These solved that problem very well! They stay put, are tight enough that there was no chaffing, which I have had with just trunks in the past, they dry quickly, and for the most part hold their shape even after stretching, though they did get a little loose near the ankle. The fabric is smooth and comfortable, even wearing for hours and walking as well as swimming.
