Better than I expected. Here's the scoop. I had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago so I can only lay on my left side. I prop my broken wing up on this pillow and have part between my knees (only way I can sleep) and have gotten the best night's sleep post opt that way. It has stayed fluffy yet firm, but not too firm. The cooling side is amazing for hot sleepers. I plan on getting one of those anime girl pillow cases just for giggles. I'm seriously in love with this pillow. It says it'll take 24 hours to fully fluff up but it took less than two and was ready to use. I have only positive things to say. Great value for money, the quality is great and the support it gives is even better. I find the thickness perfect. If you are looking for a body pillow THIS IS IT!!!!

Outstanding quality. Cooling action is superb all around the pillow. Just the right amount of squish that makes it feel luxurious yet provides proper support. They provide extra filling if you need it. I didn't. I highly recommend. I'm ordering more for my family.

Not really cooling. I'm going through "the change" so I have hot flashes at night. It cold a little but not like I thought it would per others' descriptions. All in all, nice pillow and my neck likes it! Also it comes with extra foam if you want a firmer pillow but I don't think it's needed.

It only took a few minutes to fluff up to size, and I’m impressed with how cool the pillow itself is. It’s soft but firm, and supports my body while I sleep

These pillows are amazing! I have just ordered another set of two because I gave one away to my best friend. The sleep quality is fantastic for a person who needs thickness for being. A side sleeper. The size is perfect. There is great support for whether you want to be in the middle of the pillow or if you want to be on the side of the pillow and the covering is beautiful . I have another pillow underneath my new memory foam pillow because I’m a side sleeper and I like to have extreme thickness when it comes to being on my side. so because I gave away my second pillow!I cannot wait to get my new pillows because the one I have now is the best pillow I’ve owned in life! Bravo for your thoughtfulness and the pillow casing does actually keep you cool an and again it is very attractive!! Also, when you open the box you get a little surprise that there is extra stuffing- little memory foam cubes or I should say slivers available for stuffing your pillow more if you need it, or, some stuffing were to fall out! There is a zipper and the zipper seems to be very sturdy. Overall, I am so very happy with this purchase- as I said, this is my second and I maybe even make a third for Christmas gifts.

I'm quite happy with the pillow. It's comfortable and provides good support. However, there are a couple of things worth noting.Firstly, the stitching is starting to come undone in a few places. I'm concerned that in a few months, it might not be usable anymore. Secondly, the filling tends to bunch up at either end of the pillow. It's difficult to distribute it evenly, which can be a bit frustrating.Despite these issues, I do enjoy using the pillow. It's soft and supportive, and it's helped me sleep better. I just hope that the stitching issue can be resolved so that I can continue to enjoy it for a long time to come.

I made my own body pillows before I found myself a long way from home, with no pillow so, I bought my first body pillow. I love the cooling pillow, so long and i can hold it close to me! It never tells me "I'm getting hot, let go" lol, I'm a hugger. One thing i wish was that there was an option to buy or get a pillowcase for this product when i ordered it. I'm far from home, helping my sister/friend with her dying husband and am having trouble finding the time to find a pillowcase. You really need one with this pillow, other than that, I would buy another!!

Great quality. Comes fully packed with loose memory foam pieces, which you can add or remove to your level of comfort. The cool side is definitely noticeable and a great feature for those that like a cool pillows.

Bought these pillows a few weeks ago. There were 2 standard pillows plus a small bag of extra foam in case I wanted more foam for the pillow/pillows.I followed the instructions to unpack and fluff the pillows. They fluffed up very nicely within 15 min but I waited 24 hours before using. Also, I was very pleasantly surprised to notice minimal foam odor. The slight scent disappeared completely within 2 days.I really like the pillow case fabric where one side is soft and the other is cool. Having said that, once you put your own pillow case on, I could not tell the difference between the 2 sides.The pillows are extremely comfortable and supportive to your neck regardless of position during sleep, just wonderful. Also, the pillows just take less than 20 seconds to refluff to full size whenever desired!!I highly recommend these pillows to those that want a soft, yet supportive pillow that can adjust to all sleep positions well.

Tried many different pillows. This one is my favourite. It is comfortable and squishy but also stays full. Seems easy to wash with removable cover. Doesn’t cool as I use a pillow case over it. Color is white. Extra filling to adjust fluffiness. Good value for money.
