I installed with the anchors and screws provided to my concrete wall. I connected the cable to my sail 22x22x22. First stiff wind the top anchors started pulling out of the wall. No I did not over drill the holes to make them larger. I went with a larger anchor and screws. The winch is now holding. Great winch!!

This is identical to old HDYAR Shade Sail Hardware Kit, which I tried to review but which is no longer valid link (now goes to something different). Small hex socket wrench is 12 mm; you can use this to tighten 1/8 inch steel cable to tension 16X16X16 ft. sail. You might think wrench has to be alot longer, however it's sufficient if you can easily do 20-lb. biceps curls.
