His Majesty, Royal Betta Prince Of Yonder Tank( and all he surveys), was at first not amused by the beautiful addition. In fact, he ignored it completely. However, I, his humble servant was enthralled. It fits so nicely in a five-gallon and is so pretty. I left it in, as His Highness gave no particular sign, either way, it being completely invisible to him. Months passed and one day I could not find His Eminence I looked everywhere in the tank. I did not look in the invisible structure, however...because why would he be in there? But there he actually was. He also likes to hide in the bottom leaf that sort of curls up. And it actually took me awhile to find him there.

You can tell it’s cheaply made you see lots of glue , but works okay my fish loves the big leaves but doesn’t like the holes I think they are too small . I did find better ones at Walmart though.

It's a nice combo piece with the rock and plants. But the way it's packaged in the box, the leaves get super smashed and make them pointless in being a broad flat leaf for the betta to rest on. Looks great though.

the leaves i had to place on other rock, however it is a good size and fish is gladly sleeps on it. the rock is good size. i am using it for two bettas

I've tried so many different decorations he had a castle and I spent like $40 on one of those logs that grow moss it was terrible and he never used it. My little guy took about 2 days to fully explore his new hide out. His favourite is the cave he spends every night it it now vs the top of his tank to sleep. He hasn't used the leafs much but he was never a leaf fish. Would definitely recommend this over any other hideaway it's a great size and honestly so much cheaper than any other store stuff.

I put this in my Betta’s fish bowl yesterday. Almost immediately, he was chilling on a leaf hammock and shortly afterwards hiding out in the cave. He clearly enjoys this more than the plants I had in there before buying this.Also, I expect this single unit will be less hassle to clean than the multiple smaller plants I had in there before.
