Initially I was underwhelmed by the petite size of the paddle (about 5 in long) but it works very well to tightly stuff the copper into the weep hole of my brick which is where the critters were entering my crawl space. The copper is easy to manipulate and cut. The scissors worked fine. I did not use the gloves but may in the future when I do a bigger project.

It serves its purpose well but use caution when cutting it because you'll end up with tiny little pieces everywhere.

I'm getting ready to weave this into spray foam, closing off any crevice I can find in an attempt to keep out or at least curb mice entry into my travel trailer. I will update with results....

I used this product to cover insulated 1/2†pex pipe around 100 feet long (used two rolls of mesh). The product was so delicate. It comes as a tube so you can run your pipe or conduit through it and over the ground and the mice won’t get to the pipe/insulation and chew through it. I got it on my pipe, but it caught and tore on every little burr or piece of electrical tape that was sticking up a little. Once I got it in place I had to go over it and tape it over where it had torn. That’s about 40 tears for about 100 feet. I do hope it keeps the mice away as it was so much work to install. The mesh should be more sturdy. Not a great product in my opinion.

This mesh works perfectly to keep the squirrels out of my attic space. It's strong enough and molds easily into crevices and stays in place. Good stuff!

I paid $500 to an exterminator company that used spray foam and the mice were back in six weeks. I then researched online and watched YouTube videos and the solution suggested was to use copper wool mesh and stuff the hole and seal it with caulk. I stuffed the hole they chewed under the cupboard with entire roll and tried the caulk. The caulking job I did was not very good-it was so sticky and I got most of it on the floor and countertop. The mice chewed through that in three weeks. I am giving it a 3 star rating because I have no idea how to do DIY projects: The mice chewed through the copper mesh which they are supposed to hate so that was a failure. On the other hand there were both a scissor and really great gloves included.
