Used this item successfully for about 12 bottles. After that it didn't withdraw the cork very well and I struggled to get the cork out. I certainly like the looks of this item but it does not work very well.

I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I was surprised on how sturdy is it, much better then the last one we had. Love all the extra accessories.

It stopped working just after the return window ended. It was working very nicely then one day would screw into the cork and when you lifted the handle to remove the cork, the screw would just unscrew back out of the cork, not removing it. I don't know if there are any hidden parts that you can't see, but the only thing i can tell is the black screw alignment part could be the problem?

I really wanted this to work, but alas I am returning this wobbly thing. The main reason I bought this is for the cork removal feature, which doesn’t work. It looks very nice and I really liked the copper color. It comes in a nice box, with really cheap accessories; this is why I scored a 2 for giftable.
