Coquette is an lingerie company dedicated to creating high-quality pieces, designed in Canada. Every year, Coquette releases a variety of collections, offering an array of sizing and styles, ranging from romantic to risqué, with the intent to empower and include everyone. The family-owned, Canadian company was founded in 1979, when Catherine and Peter Horea created, and marketed their first pair of crotchless panties, in their Kitchener apartment, using a single sewing machine. With their collaborative partnership, her inspirational eye for design, and his entrepreneurial spirit, Coquette grew into a successful wholesale company all over the world. In 2021, Catherine and Peter retired leaving their two children Marcus Horea and Petra LoBrutto as Co-Presidents of Coquette. Marcus and Petra continue to strive for growth and success while remaining true to the company’s history.
