I received a slightly dented 4400 in Black Ash instead of this 3300. Box clearly says exactly that on the outside. Order picker was high, but I will consider this an upgrade, I suppose. This is a replacement for a 10-year-old 7700 model, whose nylon heating pad surface got wavy/wrinkly, causing pants to come out that way, too. That is not a user-replaceable part (although available from Corby’s web site for £13), so time for a whole new Corby. 10 years is a good run!
