Thought it'd have the power like some of my other DeWalt battery powered products. Alas, it'd just stall out unless I gently moved it...my Echo weed wacker does a better & faster job.

The quality of the item the blade cracks and chips easily does not come with a charger or a battery. Once you do get a battery for it. It doesnâ€™t wanna hold the charge Long itâ€™s cheaply made.

Iâ€™m in central Florida, with thick and healthy St Augustine. I was skeptical this would work.IT DOES. And it does a great job. I use it with my tiny 2 amp dewalt 20v battery, covering two yards including driveways, frontage, sidewalks. I havenâ€™t even used one bar of power.It is light. Itâ€™s not built like a more expensive product. Iâ€™m treating that as a plus because itâ€™s lighter.If it breaks in a year (I donâ€™t think it will), Iâ€™d still call it a win. Great product.

Was skeptical at first with light weight but it did a great job. Used one charge to do my own and neighbor's driveway and sidewalk. Also used to make trench between garden and grass and came out nice.

The edger does a very good job. It consumes a lot of battery, however.
