Let me start out by saying this feels like a good quality product. I don’t have to worry about putting my full weight on it and it breaking. So far everything appears to be functioning properly, so I’m very excited to put it to full use.I haven’t tried the app yet, I know it has mixed reviews itself; however, I got this for the board. So whatever happens with that is fine.Honestly, I’m only giving it 4 stars because this item was shipped in the product box, which I don’t usually mind. However, I got this product, and the box was beat up really bad during transit, I suppose. By some grace of all, the board and its parts were okay. Feel like there should be more protection during shipment.Box destruction aside, this product is exactly what I was looking for in order to help with my exercise routine. I feel like it’s a good value, and easy to use.

I must say that what initially drew me to this item is that Edge and Christian are endorsing it. This works so well! I had issues with the app but customer service was very quick to fix things for me!

Hello! Received this product in the mail. Easy to assemble! The clock is a nice extra. Easy to use. The support sticks for your hands are extremely easy to use. You can move them into different positions depending upon how wide you want your forearms to rest. The board itself is fairly comfortable. My big issue is that my forearms still slide to the side as I am doing a plank. Ugggh! The gripping is very poor on the bottoms of your forearms. By the time I make it to a minute long plank, my forearms are almost off the board. Not good. Your experience might vary. (I might use some sand paper on the board face to roughen it up a bit to prevent sliding.) Like I said, your experience my vary. FYI, I tend to sweat easily which might be impacting my ability maintain my forearms in one position.

This is a nice concept and design. I must admit I hated planking until I got this. This along with the app makes planking fun. I hoping I eventually get that 6 pack I have always wanted. Who knows maybe it will turn me into a Rated R Superstar or give me the confidence of a Captain Charisma.

Unboxed the board and the timer was rattling before I took it out of the plastic. Unwrapped and inserted the battery and didn't work.
