These Pilates Resistance Bands are amazing and strong. I purchased the Pilates System back in February and I have not stopped using them since. You can attach them to anything strong in your and it will provide you a Pilates workout just like the one you would get a gym or studio. I ordered the medium resistance and they are really tight and great for arms and upper body and also for a good core workout as well.

I really like this product as it complements my Yoga and aeroyoga workout. Very high quality product and easy to use, I purchased another set to simultaneously do arms and legs workout . They only downside it that you must subscribe to their app to learn more exercise routines which is a must, but there is a monthly subscription cost which it is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise highly recommended!

Don't get me wrong, I love my reformer classes, however, they do not love my feet. I had a long episode ( months) with plantar fasciitis in one foot and now that I'm back on my reformer I'm feeling the signs my left foot may have a problem. I've only had this system for a couple of days, but these straps have great resistance and I know I can get a good Pilates workout with them without have my feet on the bar or the straps around my arches - my heels and arches hurt after every class. So I have quit classes and going to CoreFirst which will allow me to protect my physical issues and it will be easier to have many more workouts a week in the comfort of my home. I've glanced at a couple of workout videos and they look good. I would say this is a great home system.

It is really affordable if you look at all the subscriptions you pay monthly to go to Pilates. It is so convenient to have it at home or if you are a die hard take it with you to travel. I have the 2 different bands soo my husband and I each attach to a different door and do the same exercises on different strength levels. Soo big win in this household.

I was nervous about using this product due to my disability and recent surgeries. Corefirst is s must have for everyone! I sm able to use this pilates system for upper body strength and core strength by using if you could only do 2 exercises recommendations as seen in the starting out videos. It truly is an amazing system straight forward high quality product. They have excellent customer care as well. I had a bit of trouble with my account settings and a lovely person got right back to me. Core First pilates system not only offers strength physically but mentally as well: it has helped me ignite the ability to feel whole again; body mind and soul.

I love the concept as it’s good for travel and small spaces; I just wish it was a little shorter and that the hand straps were bigger. It is a bit expensive and though I wish it were cheaper, it’s still more affordable than a reformer. I wish their app was free. That would justify the cost for sure.

I wanted something to use at home and this has been it for me, I love CoreFirst it has been a game changer for this 62 year old. Being able to choose what I want to do such as stretch or Pilates is fantastic. Don’t hesitate to try this out. I’m glad I didn’t.
