My 25 year old gelding has horrible confirmation in his back legs. They have now gotten arthritis in them and his hocks were so swelled that when he walked he would swing his leg out and it would twist to to come back back in. He was in pain and I used pervacox to relieve it. Tried corta flex, did the load for one week and was absolutely amazed at the difference his leg was doing. Swelling was down, heat was no more. First time I actually felt bone in his joints, front and back, no puffiness. Saw a difference in about 2 weeks. Stopped the pain killer and he is walking much better. Confirmation still is bad but he walks more fluid.

Package arrived quickly and in good shape. Made a difference in two mares, one with a cervical vertebrae issue and the other with arthritis in her ankle. I am keeping both on the loading dose, as an article indicated that a loading dose of joint supplements can provide a pain relieving component as well. Switched one from cosequin and the other from a dumor supplement and saw better results on both horses with the Corta-flx. Trying it on a third mare with inconclusive results so far. May need to do adequan or injections with that one, but it is worth a try before moving to something more invasive.

I've had my senior gelding on this supplement since I brought him home three years ago and he has been moving beautifully. My dear friend gave me the gift of one of the horses I've loved for the last 16 years or so, and she's been a lesson/show horse/jumper/mother at a boarding facility for most of that time. She had never been on joint supplements and she's twenty this year. She was pretty stiff-legged when she got here a year ago. I started her on this supplement at that time. A week ago I took her out to pasture with the others, and saw her racing around, kicking up her heels, and telling the younger mare to get back because she's the boss. I think it works very well, and I like not having to give her drugs to make her comfortable. All four of mine are on it, and my eldest is probably mid-twenties and pretty happy. I think it's good stuff.😊

Great product but last two containers have been filled with weevils no return policy makes it a huge lose. Will try chewy.com then local feed store

Barn manager texted me to let me know this tub of Corta-Flx was infested with bugs. It took several weeks, I guess, for them to hatch and become visible. She pitched it, more than $100 worth. In addition, I'm concerned that my horse has been eating insect larvae from this product.EXPENSIVE lesson learned: If it's going into my horse, it's coming from a reputable source.

I have used Corta- Flex for at least 12 years! It helped my first horse to be sound and comfortable as a trail and dressage horse until he was 31!!!! I now have my 16 year old horse on it to help stave off the aging process. He moves effortlessly.Both horses have found it palatable, and I love that it has been clinically researched unlike so many other joint supplement that just make claims based on how many milligrams of an ingredient they provide.

I have several older horses who still play polo. I've been using this product for a couple of years now. Seems to work well. I haven't tried other (more expensive) supplements, of which there are many to choose from. This product is reasonable priced and the horses eat it without fuss. I mistakenly bought the powder once and disliked it (dusty!). Pellets are clean and easy to feed.
