Not too difficult to assemble. Pay attention to the instructions. Will need Philips screw driver and patience. The locking hasp is a laughable illusion of security as the bottom of the unit just pops off. This is NOT a secure storage box. It's a decent weather-resistant drop box for parcels to be placed out of sight and out of most weather. Bottom has gaps so best to place on elevated surface or on concrete that won't retain surface water. Works great for our situation, looks decent, and was affordable for what it is.

I recently purchased the Cosco Outdoor Living BoxGuard®, Large Lockable Package Delivery and Storage Box in Tan from Amazon, and overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This storage box offers a reliable and secure solution for package deliveries and general storage needs. With its spacious 6.3 cubic feet capacity, the BoxGuard® provides ample room for accommodating various package sizes, ensuring protection against the elements and potential theft. The lockable feature of the BoxGuard® adds an extra layer of security, giving me peace of mind knowing that my packages are safe until I retrieve them. The lock mechanism is sturdy and easy to use, providing quick access for authorized individuals while deterring unauthorized access. The tan color of the BoxGuard® blends well with my outdoor surroundings, enhancing the aesthetics of my porch or patio. The box's durable construction is apparent, using high-quality materials that can withstand different weather conditions.Assembly was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions and all the necessary hardware provided. It took me a short amount of time to set up the BoxGuard® and start utilizing it immediately.Since I began using the BoxGuard®, I have noticed a significant decrease in package theft and damage caused by exposure to rain or sunlight. It has become an essential addition to my home, ensuring the safekeeping of my valuable deliveries. The size of the BoxGuard® is well-designed for accommodating larger packages, eliminating the need for awkward arrangements or leaving packages unattended on my porch. While I am highly satisfied with the BoxGuard®'s functionality and reliability, I am deducting one star due to its relatively higher price compared to similar storage boxes available in the market.Overall, the Cosco Outdoor Living BoxGuard® has proven to be a reliable and secure storage solution. Its dependable performance, enhanced security features, and appealing design make it a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking to protect their deliveries and maintain an organized porch. One high yield note, if you caulk the bottom and sides, it'll help to waterproof the box

Got this because we get a lot of rain. The slanted roof is ideal to keep rain and snow off the top.It was not especially easy to asssemble- the internal fastenrs can break easily. That said, once I got it assembled, it was easy to put into use and the hinge works great. I added a delivery sign with all the logos (Amazon, FedEx,etc.) and now nearly all our deliveries make it to the box.CAUTION: The latch/lock is thin metal and fragile. We gave up on installing it.

This is a great size for most packages. It’s great quality. Sometimes our packages stay in there a day or two and we haven’t had any issues with them. It was easy to assemble and we can put a pad lock on it if needed. Most of the UPS or Federal Express drivers see it easily. I definitely recommend getting one.

The assembly was not quite as easy as it should have been, but by no means was it a terrible experience. This unit is much like Little Tikes toys in its construction. Durable plastic. This is deeper than I expected despite knowing the depth at purchase. It works well to hold parcels that are a bit larger. It is a great option as opposed to parcels just sitting in the open on the porch or elsewhere. We set it right in between our two double garage doors. We bought a sticker-sign on Amazon that has the logos of the USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and such to make its use identifiable for the delivery persons. We have not had any water infiltration, nor the wind blowing open the lid (due to its latch). We did put a 12" x 12" x 2" concrete walkway pad inside on the bottom to keep it from blowing away if we have a bad storm, as we believe a strong wind might move it otherwise. We've had a couple storms and it hasn't moved. This product works great for our use, and would recommend it.

Very lightweight. Leaks. Must secure it to ground somehow or it just blows away. Easy to assemble. Not what I had in mind. Will use for something else.

I bought this to stop package thieves and it worked great (even survived a hurricane!) for 2 years until last night when one of them just stole the entire package box lol. I just reordered it and I'll have to lock it to the ground. RIP High Trust Society it was a good run!

Initially this thing is nice. It looks good and clean. I wanted something tallish. After sitting outside for 5 months.. This thing is warped on all sides.. The lid has an arch to it.. The front top corner is separated since the top plastic cover has warped away from the backside plastic piece. Its too flimsy to try to reinforce the inside edges. This thing is no-where near worth 82$.

Great package weather protection! This took me about less than 20min to build. It's like Legos, assembles easy. Tools you'll need 1. Philips head screwdriver. 2 long sticks. Like 2 broomstick or long umbrella. Why? Well because the bottom plastic needs a little pressure to pop into the clips. If your doing it yourself put pressure on one corner, then diagonally across the second corner should follow. Hope it helps with buying. I would recommend this item. 😎 ðŸ‘

Wow, this is superb as our parcel 📦 box next to our front door!. It’s standing the test of time too, as we’ve had it for 12 months now. Highly recommend easy to build, I leave two house bricks in it to prevent it possibly blowing away in strong winds.they don’t take up much room and they work!

Cant go wrong with Costco, only thing missing is if on the next models, to add something to add screws to hold it down in a fixed spot. No worries i screwed in a few brackets on each corner to tie it down on my porch. Other than that, fully weather proof and nice way to open the lid, it looked small but trying out various boxes, it really does hold a lot, anything bigger you leave a spot on the porch or pick up at a terminal. But for most orders, this is perfect. Thanks again Costco. We have a lot of your products and fully satisfied.
