Bought this as an alternative to the office microwave. It's small, but perfect for a single meal. I've used it to reheat leftover pizza. Granted, large slices are a challenge to squeeze into the chamber, but they come out nice, crispy, and cheese all oozy. Definitely too small for regular home use, but perfect for what I wanted in the office to heat up leftovers for lunch.

Won’t cook to 0. The timer goes to 1 or 1.5 and stops and I never know which it’ll be, so food isn’t cooked correctly. The basket tray will not lie flat. Very crooked. Food slips and bunches up. Customer support has asked for 5 different receipts, serial number that doesn’t exist, videos and repeatedly told me to contact Amazon. It’s over 30 days, Amazon is done I keep telling them. They keep sending emails that they didn’t get my correct receipts, I resend the same thing and then they ask for something else, etc.
