Even though we have not had this product for an extended period of time, we have found it to be good looking, sturdy, and it works great! I finally have the ability to pull out one towel at a time instead of a whole handful! For those who are considering this unit and read reviews and check ratings as I do, understand that people who do not read or understand product descriptions and therefore find that the product fails to meet their needs, but still rate the product poorly, are skewing the final ratings. Read the reviews, shake your head and get a good chuckle, then consider the source. This product is great so far. Don't hesitate to order it.

Very classy and works well. The suction cups don't help it but it sits just fine on a counter. Easy to fill and dispenses well.

I'm very pleased with this dispenser. Very sleek and modern. Works well in the master bathroom.I would have given 5 stars but there is no red indicator to let me know when towels are low.No big deal. I still like it very much and the price was right.

This paper towel dispenser was a great addition to our kitchen organization. It's very easy to load the paper towels, and the spring loading keeps the towels dispensing very easily. It's looks very nice on the counter as well.

Often the two-ply paper towel will tear when trying to pull out of the dispenser. The upward internal spring pressure applies too much pressure against the opening and therefore the towel often rips.the quality of the dispenser container material is good.I just ordered the Tork paper towel dispenser which I used successfully in a restaurant bathroom. The Tork uses one-ply which is more soft than the two-ply.
