Very disappointed with this product. The circle design works only on the outer edge if you were to attach to a normal flat mesh (as in making a cup holder), but as the rows go inward to the middle of the circle, instead of even sized holes for yarn, the lines get so close to each other you can't get any needle or yard though it, making it useless for making even something flat like a hot pad for a coffee mug.

The circles are stiff enough and strong enough to support another craft item. Also, they cut easily; my angel cross stitch items were different sizes and I could cut the circles to fit. I used the finished circle size to cut a backing to fit. I’ll add a ribbon or an ornament hook for hanging.
