2015 Jeep CherokeeI usually avoid buying something without any reviews on it, because I hate to be the first person finding out there is an issue with an item. But for some reason I didn't hold to that this time. I bought these cowl panels (both left and right) and they just did not fit properly. The dimensions were just slightly askew enough that no amount of forcing was going to make them snap into place. I was this close to just going through the pain and hassle of returning them, but a neighbor came by and we just ended up modifying and cutting them to make them fit, and using screws to hold them in place. Something that should have snapped into place in 5 minutes ended up taking an hour.

This cowl trim is definitely not the same as the OEM Mopar part, the original cowl trim is made of rubber for seal the cowl against the windshield, this one is made of rigid plastic, the tabs aren’t aligned properly and they doesn’t stay fixed inside their seats. Also every time opening and closing the hood the trims are popping out.

Clips are too small & doesn’t clip in correctly. When lowering the hood shut it flips items out. Worst thing you will destroy old pieces getting them out & wont have nothing to keep weather out until you get oem. Don’t buy these!
