Easy to install, works as expected. The button next to the front door even lights up to indicate that the doorbell is active. Great choice if you are looking for a simple vintage doorbell.

hardwired ecobee doorbell in and needed a chime for it, purchased this and like it. it is loud and clear. we have the chime hung right beside the front door, and loud noises will cause it to resonate in the chime. most people don't notice it but occasionally someone will yell and then the chime can be heard, not nearly as loud as if someone hit the doorbell button though. We've also had the TV volume make it ring as well. Looks nice, not super noticeable.

In the 30 + years I have lived in this home, I have burned up two door bells. This is my third. It works with my Ring doorbell and keeps the Ring doorbell charged. I am happy to have a door bell that works and looks good.

Ordered Door chime. Was shipped in original packaging so it was banged around a lot. Doesn’t work and they didn’t include the transformer and bell buttons so I had to get those separate just to find that the door bell was faulty. The link to their support website doesn’t work and no one picks up the phone.
