Why do you need a PCV valve?
A PCV valve controls emissions, it takes the gases produced by the crankcase and routes them back into your engine’s combustion chambers to be safely burned. This prevents the crankcase from developing engine-damaging oil sludge and gives your engine a little more power.
Like all automotive systems, the PCV system must be monitored and maintained. A faulty PCV system will cause condensation in the oil that leads to blocked passages and damaged bearings, excessive oil consumption, pressure buildup that leads to seal blowouts and oil leaks, and carbon buildup in the intake. Any of which could destroy an engine.

Seen a lot of reviews saying this kit didn’t fit and pieces were too long or connections too tight. Only one I had a little struggle with is valve cover down to pcv tube. Be sure to connect the bottom first It will actually look like it’s way too long but heat it up gently with a heat gun just enough to get some flexibility without too much force and she goes in nicely!! Spray new o-rings with a little silicone spray and work them in slowly to not pinch them going in and this kit is well worth the money and some!! Just got it done last week so haven’t put too many miles on it yet but car is back to running nice and smooth. Glad I made this purchase and not fork out triple the price for OEM kit

Fits my 02 BMW 325I/E46. Tight fit, but i used dish soap to lube the o-rings for each attachment and worked out. So far so good.

One of the ccv hoses is incorrectly clocked. Useless.
