I purchased these Cra-Z-Art Washable Crayons, 24 Count, for my 2-year-old daughter to create her colorful doodles on paper and wherever else she pleases. However, the first purchase arrived with 95% of the tips broken, and Amazon kindly sent us a replacement. I'll be honest, these crayons are delicate and not suitable for children like mine, who tend to throw everything they come across on the floor. Any drop results in the crayon breaking. Therefore, for longevity, I would recommend them for children above 5 or 7 years old who are a bit more careful and won't cause them to last just a few days.

I purchased these for my 3-year-old grandson. I was a bit leery that they were really completely washable. My great room has all white leather furniture. The perfect back drop for drawing.My grandson is autistic, so sometimes it's a little hard to reason with him and I take care of him during the week. I let him sit at his table with his coloring books and left him alone for a minute. When I got back, he had taken the red crayon and drew all over the end of the sectional, which of course had a diamond stitched design.Yes, the dreaded red which is the worse color to get out of anything. I grabbed a lightly damp paper towel and wiped. I didn't even have to apply any pressure, and it came off and it did not leave any shadow behind either. It even came off the stitching which surprised me.Since then, my little Picasso has drawn on walls and chairs and I just grab a damp cloth, no cleaner needed, and wipe.These crayons are great!

Good crayons to save your walls.The only thing is if your baby scriblles on wall with these crayons then it needs to be washed within 10 mins or else the stains remain forever. So take care.
