This ruler has everything you could want in a rectangle ruler – and MORE! The patented Turn-A-Round feature lets you use the markings in the white dots to cut whole inches and fractional increments.
Then, turn the ruler around and use the markings in the black dots to easily cut half inch increments.
Additional white horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the rectangle so the center of the ruler is easily distinguishable. Use these lines to fussy cut stripes and borders.

I love Creative Grid rulers; they are the best! This is my first 6-1/2 by 24-1/2, I do not know why I waited so long to purchase this. When cutting the width of fabric this ruler will stay in place and not slide, so you will be making an accurate cut. Along with the angled lines on the ruler for squaring cuts, but for that I have additional square rulers. Creative Grid is the only rulers I purchase now. When looking for rulers in sewing, try any of the Creative Grid rulers, you will never be disappointed. There are excellent you tube videos on the use of each ruler.

I own several sizes of Creative Grids rulers and like the good gripping quality of this brand, as well as the contrasting markers of either white or black to easily create visual contrast with the fabric I am cutting. I find that the 6 1/2" x 24 1/2" size is the ruler I use most often.

I’m an exclusive Creative Grid ruler guy. I won’t buy anything else. The little grippy bits on the back help to keep the ruler from sliding. Rulers are a bit expensive but they’re accurate and good quality.

I’m working on my first quilt. I started with name brand rulers, that you can purchase with a 40% discount from a brick and mortar store.I could see from the get go, my cuts weren’t accurate. In the mean time I had purchased a couple of Creative Grids from my local shop.Yes, I made the mistake of using different brand rulers for my cuts. All I can say is, thank heavens I did.I found out immediately that my name brand with coupons don’t hold a candle to the Creative Grids.Unless, I need a specialty ruler that isn’t in the CG line up, this brand will be my go to.The rulers; I’ve purchased so far are accurate. Showed up with no nicks or anything else that might make you crazy.EditedI’m in the process of replacing all my rulers with CG. I love the grip feature & accuracy as opposed to another name brand. I’m working on an OBW & the cuts because of the grip feature are accurate. I’ve tried the stickers with my other rulers and can’t the same accuracy. A niece will get the other ones as they are replaced.

el producto es muy bueno la calidad es alta pero el unico problema que tuve x lo que la devolvi es que no protejieron el producto no lo envalaron con proteccion papel burbuja bolsas de aire o minimo papel para que no se moviera o de golpeara ya que mi producto llego roto de una esquina y asi no me sirve mas cuidado al embalar los productos para el envio

Bought this to help me with my quilting, but it so many more uses. The grips on the back help it to stay in place over fabric, the lines are clear and easy to follow.I would purchase another one of a different size to help with all my sewing needs
