Nothing I found fit my simple style until this. I “settled†for it because I wasn’t about to pay hundreds of dollars elsewhere. It’s absurd. I didn’t want any routed lines, any special features, any oddball colors - just a clean matte with simple black frame for a legal size degree. This delivered so much better than I expected. I changed my mind at the last minute from the white matte to black. My document is more of an ivory rather than white, and I thought it might look strange. Glad I did; the black on black is very classy with the white inside border. I tried to take pics from different angles with redacting the info, but sorry, they didn’t do it justice with the reflections.Packing completely protected the glass and everything, and actual document insertion and placement was easy. The tabs to secure the framed work are very sturdy. The matte was perfectly clean with zero marks, scratches, scuffs or rubbing. Comes with 3 options to hang the frame. I will say I was somewhat surprised that the pre-mounted hanger teeth are 13†apart and it doesn’t come with a blue/screw option (nails only), however it does have a wire option (2 triangles hinges/screws with a single hanger). I opted for that so I could ensure I hit a stud with only one hole in the wall. I didn’t entirely understand the wire option instructions as written, but just think “tie a knot†using pliers if you have them. The frame material gripped the provided screws tightly, and I didn’t hesitate that they would hold the weight (as with any screw, just make sure you have it tight but don’t over tighten). I used a drill for the screws - I can’t imagine having the best result trying to do by hand (no pilot holes). Go slow and use a low chuck.All in all, no complaints and I’m super happy with the final result! The price was nice too!

I wanted a professional/classy frame for the large GA Tech OMSCS diploma to hang in my home office. This frame, while a little more expensive than the bargain brand options, is very sturdy and was easy to place the diploma in. I'm glad I went with this frame as it looks good and is a nice way to display the accomplishment.If your diploma comes in a tube, you may want to lay it out flat for a day before trying to fit it into a frame.

This frame is well made (wood frame, real glass) and looks good. I also love having the black mat included as well. Unfortunately, the glass had cracked during shipping to my home, but customer service at Creative Pictures was super responsive and quickly sent a replacement frame, which I really appreciated. Great value for a solid frame - highly recommend!

This one does not obscure or "outshine" the paperwork you are displaying. It stays where it belongs - as a frame instead of an eye-catcher - and tastefully allows the diploma to speak for itself. I had my diploma in the wrong-sized frame and part of the lettering was partially hidden but I decided to finally get the right one. This was a good deal. I don't want to spend a fortune on something like this.

This is a nice frame, but it was missing some of the hanging hardware that was mentioned as included. It's a pretty pricey frame, so having to go out and buy hardware that supposed to be included is a not great.
