This classic retro-style freediving mask is the remake of the popular dive mask in the '50s. The design may give the impression that time has stood still, but Cressi has perfection decades of engineering advances into this classic mask to bring it into the modern age. It features a single oval-shaped lens made of tempered glass ensuring a wide field of view and maximum clarity. The skirt is made of liquid-injected silicone ensuring a perfect seal and with a design to fit a majority of faces. Thanks to the modern metal oval ring the skirt is assembled with the lens. I snorkeled around a medium sized lake in Northern Wisconsin and really enjoyed using this mask over one from Target/Walmart. I did have fogging issues, but the water was cold and the lake is spring fed. Other than that, visibility is very good. I know there are technically better options now, but since I'm not doing technical free diving, I chose this based off of the '60s aesthetic. I found it comfortable overall.

This is very well made and the viewing plate is not distorted.

I purchased this mask because the standard 2 lensmask pressed too hard against my nose in order to obtain a good seal…I owned a single lens aqualung mask for almost 25 years until it wore out… this Cressi mask seemed like a good replacement… WRONG!!!While it looks like the old aqualung mask, the section of lower mask on either side of the nose pinch will not make a good seal.. no matter how much I tightened the strap, there was no way I could dive and keep the mask from leaking…I resorted to gobs of Vaseline on both sides of the nose pinch section of the mask to keep it from leaking .. and this worked only some of the time…The rest of the time I dove w one hand free and obe hand on my mask…I’m going to continually purchase masks and return them until I find the one that fits…FBA

I have a small head for an adult but this was watertight and offered great visibility.

These were way to heavy and they did not seal tight enough to keep the water out.

Best type of mask I like to use as it let you see clearer and bigger side of the see. Amazing quality

This mask fits my face shape perfectly without leaking. It is comfortable and I can see at a wide angle. It is a very good product for free diving.

This is an awesome mask.Surface photos are best, it’s not meant for super deep diving.A lot of squeezing pressure if you go 30 feet

The mask is rubber and stainless steel. It's well made as one would expect from Cressi. If I had to find a problem is that I would say the area where the seal of the mask contacts above your lip is not very soft.I found it hurt wearing it out of the water, yet once I was in the water the mask felt fine. No leaks, and a huge viewing area. You won't get that panorama vision, but it was great having both upper and lower sight lines.I also found the mask didn't need to be tight to my face to work. Surprisingly I'd say it was just slightly snug.As a bonus it took me back to my childhood wearing the same style masks.I used it for snorkeling and shallow dives to 15-20ft with no issues at all.
