This is a great heavy duty shallow 5qt. Pan with lid. I use it to cook on a open Wood fire. It would be a valuable pot for any professional kitchen for many years.

This short 5 q pan and lid are made of very strong aluminum and fit right in when I could not find a similar item in domestic restaurant supply stores. It arrived seven days after I placed the order.

Seller, I attempted to get true measurements/volume of this braiser for weeks. Please tell the buyers the true measurements or/and liquid volume.It is 4†high and 12 1/4â€diameter. Just braiser- no cover or handles in these measurements. Also brimming full it holds 8 qt. Hopefully you will be selling many more.This cookware is simply GREAT!!! Don’t hesitate, buy one!

This is the third Crestware brazier (5 Qt. this time) that I recently purchased. Previously, I purchased a15 Qt and a 10 Qt. I must say I would never find a brazier better than this. They are really heavy weight due to which provides a very good and even heat induction. I order stuff from amazon quite often and I would say this is the best product I ever came across on amazon. I am extremely happy with this product, the price is of course a little high but I definitely would purchase one or two more 5 Qt. braziers.Edit: The prices have gone up even more. It’s costly but otherwise very good product.

the thick aluminum is good for stews, and deep frying.
