ATF FD-258 Cards
The ATF fingerprint card kit contains everything you need to successfully take fingerprints to submit to the ATF. This kit comes with ink strips for most efficient inking. The 5 ink strips peel open to become 10 inked strips.

A single-use ink strip consists of two pieces plastic film coated with a thin layer of fingerprint ink.
When opened, it exposes two pre-inked sheet of film.

Directions for Using Ink Strips
To use, peel the two halves of film apart and roll the fingers on either of the two exposed surfaces. A fine, thin layer of jet-black fingerprint ink is transferred to the fingers. The fingers are then rolled on a standard fingerprint card, producing clean, sharp prints.

ATF accepted my cards, so it worked for me! Instructions were a bit sketchy but plenty of youTube videos with hints on rolling your own print cards. I could have had better results if I'd realized several "ink pads" had stuck together, it was looking like I may not have enough ink for the 5th card (if I'd needed it). Then I discovered I had plenty of ink pads as I finished the fourth card.
