I purchased this to replace the other one I had just like it cause my dog decided to get ahold of it and chew off the rubber handle piece. This hook is very comfortable to use, I like that it has the rubber grip that adds something to hold on to rather than just a plain metal hook. The quality is magnificent, the yarn glides on the hook and doesn't catch anywhere. The hook works as it should and it doesn't hurt that the handles are also vibrant in color. Recommend

have bought multiples of this. love the color. the hook glides smoothly along the yarn. no snags. it's an amazing price and since this is my most used hook size, I can afford to have many of them as backup and won't cry too much if one gets misplaced. it's not painful to hold and my hand doesn't get fatigued because of the grip.

I was using a 5 mm hook and it often grabbed only partial string of yarn. I switched to the 5.5 mm and it does a better job catching the whole string of yarn. I like the feel of the thicker, rubber handle. It's more comfortable.

The yarn does glide off the hook. Light weight and fits great in my hand. It's little longer than I am us to. Great quality.

This hook helps with holding the needle and achy hands. Its not too short or too long. Its held up so far but I've only used it on a few projects.

Hook is a lovely shape, grip is soft and comfortable. But soft grippy part is not fixed on - it keeps slipping down.
