I will admit that I purchased this without carefully examining the description on the pics. Also, I'm not using it on a crossbow, but on a semi-auto shotgun.I haven't made it to the range, so I don't know how well it will hold up to shooting, but it seems pretty solid.The picatinny rail on the side is a nice bonus where I might attach a light or a laser (or a laser/light combo).The bipod isn't my primary application for it, and like other reviewers, I've found that at first it didn't release when I pushed the button. I unscrewed it and then re-screwed it, and now I have no problems deploying the bipod.Putting the bipod back usually takes several tries, but it does eventually stay in. That's the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five.

I just got this today because the high dollar one I wanted is back ordered not for archery for an AR15.. Well I LOVE IT, I'll put the expensive one on another gun. This thing works FLAWLESSLY.. perfect size grip for my big hands, push a button I got a bipod... AND THE BIPOD HAS GONE IN AND OUT 50+ TIMES WITH ZERO ISSUES I see in other reviews.. Freaking awesome product for the $$$$

The drop down stabilizer won’t go back into handle and stay in the upward position.

Works exactly like a grip pod should, takes a little bit of force to put the legs back in the grip for a couple days but gets easier the more you use it. Worked perfectly for me and I shot amazing on range with it

The spring loaded,drop down stabilizer will NOT go back into handle and stay in the upward position
