**Update**So, Crossnet actually reached out to me (I never tried to contact them) about my review. They were super nice and helpful and sent me their newest model. It’s amazing! We have played with it several times. The net itself is reinforces and all the piles/hardware are solid and sturdy! We’ve had several children over to play with this, and they all love it. This newer model is a breeze to set up. It’s also super easy to remove pieces in the poles to lower the net based on player’s height/age. Kudos to the company for standing by their product and making things right with their consumers. I’d definitely recommend this version!So disappointed! My daughter got this for Christmas, and just used it on Easter. The directions clearly state to pull the lines taut. Not only did the net snap off at the seam, but several of the metal rings came apart . This was used by kids ages 7-13. No spiking. No heavy usage at all! After hitting the ball into the net, the net ripped completely from the seam resulting in the pole hitting my nephew in the head. Super disappointed in this purchase. It’s literally called The Crossnet Family. My family tried to use it, but it was a major fail.

This is such a fun game!! Our kids love it!! It does take a bit to set up and the poles seem a bit flimsy but it works well once set up!

Kids love it. Adults love it!My own only issue were the instructions being a little vague on setting up the net but it’s pretty straight forward. Poles are also a little Flimsy but understand that’s probably to make traveling light.

Love this game. Easy to set up and fun for a large number of people. Volleyball and 4 Score crashed and won. We had so many beach goers join in on the fun. Took to granna and pops for a cousin contest. Played all weekend. So much fun

We received this set however the ball had a hole in it we called The manufacturer to tell them we needed a new ball due to the fact this one had a hole in it and they said they would send it to us have not received it as of this writing it's been at least 3 weeks anyway you people could help us with this thank you

I rarely write reviews but feel I need to warn others that this company does not stand behind their products and will ignore you when you need customer service. We played this game at a friend's house and decided to purchase it for our family since we enjoyed it so much. It was easy to set up, however, a hole developed in the net after one day of playing for several hours. There are small poles inserted in the center of the net (where an X is formed), and the end of the pole put pressure on the fabric and created a hole. I filled out an online form on Crossnet's website explaining the problem on May 19. I was impressed that they replied back the same day asking for a picture of the problem. I immediately sent the picture and then didn't hear back, so I sent them a follow-up email on May 23. I did not hear from them again until June 8th when they asked for my address to send me a replacement net. I immediately provided my address and luckily heard back from them the same day saying that they processed the order to send me a replacement net and I would receive it soon. It is now June 28th (three weeks later), and I have not received the net. I have sent follow-up emails and get absolutely no response. I am so irritated, and the return window to return the set to Amazon has passed. I wish now I would have simply returned the entire set. I will never purchase a product from this company again!

Simple to set up and well built. We’re really enjoying it. The pump that came with it to inflate the ball was missing the ball adaptor, though.

Purchased for my annual summer family party I host out our home. Kids and adults all loved playing this game, we also purchased the pool version. Pool version was also lots of fun but quality is not as great (made of plastic). This version which is to be played on the ground (grass/beach) is pretty good, posts are made of metal and it has 3 different height settings to accompany children. Great game!!
