After searching for a trombone case with a strap, this has exceeded my expectations. My daughter said that other kids were talking about how fancy that new case was. The case has a nice solid latch. The inside has extra little pockets for the mouth piece and slide oil. The only thing my daughter said was that she wished it had a little handle on the end only to help grab and pull out of the car. Overall very happy with the purchase
