I bought it to replace a soft case and more protection of my cello. It arrived super fast. The case was beautiful and offered a lot of protection with 10lb weight.However the design was flawed. It used a harness to pull around, which fell off often. And the case would tip over when being pulled.

The case is solid and does a great job of protecting the cello, but if you bump it in to anything it scratches and gets dings in it like crazy.

We had a lot of issues with this case, with pieces falling off and pulling loose, but Crossrock was very responsive. At first, they were going to send new and improved parts for us to use to repair the issues. But later, they changed their minds and decided to just send us a "like new" case. THANK-YOU CROSSROCK!
