I have a friend who was recently appointed as a Juvenile Court Judge and I was looking for the perfect gift. So, I decided to order her a gavel for her desk. I saw that this one could be personalized and decided to order it. It arrived quickly, within days and was adorable. When it arrived, I was surprised about the size. It was small but I decided it would still be the perfect paperweight or knick-knack. It was well made of acrylic. I was able to put her name on it (on a gold tag) which fits across the top of the gavel and adds a nice touch. It came in a nice box which is perfect for gift-giving. I was able to slip it and one other item into a gift bag and she loved them! I recommend it.

I got this gavel as a gift for an up-and-coming Collegiate Chapter President of Alpha Nu's Delta, Delta, Delta sorority. The acrylic material really gives this classically serious device a very chic and stylish vibe. The engraving came out PERFECTLY - I do love the luxe touch of a gold band around the clear acrylic... The gavel is kind of on the smaller size, but the noise made when addressing a room is adequate. It comes packaged in a cute lil box. When my friend was opening her present it looked like she was unboxing a wizard wand from harry potter (lol). PS: DOES NOT COME WITH GOOGLY EYES.

It is very different from a wooden gavel. I love the fact that the label was customized with my personal information.

I bought this gavel for my daughter who was just installed as Honoured Queen. The engraving on the band was perfect! The gavel was a bit smaller than I was expecting but it fits her hand perfectly. I will be ordering another one when my other daughter goes up next term!

Definitely should’ve read the description and prior reviews. Small is an understatement but it’s super cute and will definitely be using it for my Masonic meetings.

got this for my boss (inside joke) … she gasped! its very small & perfect for her desk. it also packs a BANG, lol.I had her saying engraved & double checked with company to let them know it wasn’t a typo, they responded ASAP! highly recommend
