Replaced the original factory battery in my wireless headset fine! Using for about two weeks now everyday with no issues. An official replacement would have cost almost $40. I didnt pay that much for the headset secondhand! Very happy.Update over a year later: battery still worked fine but bought a new one because I wasn't letting the battery drain before charging it again so it developed a memory. The new battery lasts all day and beyond through about an hour or two of talk time total so I leave it off the cradle overnight to let it die and then charge it in the morning for a like 2-3 hours until full charge before I start using it for the day. Will of course keep buying replacements through this company as needed.

Definitely works well in our plantronic headset piece, easy to install, came in a timely manner and a lot less inexpensive than ordering a brand new plantronic headset. The rechargeable headset piece seemed to be holding a charge for less and less time in our busy office so after watching some tutorials and reviewing the Plantronics site we decided to try a new battery first. So far, so good!

It fits and works. Right now, seems to hold the same amount of charge as the original battery, but only time will tell if it will hold that level over many months.

A great replacement for CS540 which was used during the telephone era and now repurposed with APU-75 USB cable. Long battery life and zero issue. I am on calls at all times during the day. It is not uncommon to have MS Team conferences for hours at a time. Never had this battery even run low. Will buy again, if and when it finally gives out.

I dont what to say. It's a boring battery. Bought it once before for another headset and decided to buy another from the same brand. The big difference....INFLATION. The same battery went up in price.
