I couldn't find any repair videos for a 00-04 Nissan Xterra front hub removal.... that was Rear Wheel Drive. The bearing lock and front spindle is different from the AWD models... and have 2 teeth key ways... and not the 4 teeth tool that they have available for the AWD models. Purchased this socket.. and it worked like a charm... not only removing the lock... but also being able to use a 1/2 torque wrench to be able to tighten the lock as well.

Dosen't fit a Mitsubishi 4×4 mini truck wish they could give the socket size. I guess if that was give their sales would drop

Works as intended. It fit to remove & reinstall my front wheel bearing nuts on my '99 Isuzu.

I've gotten two of these, the first one broke with the first use, the second one I was VERY gentle with and it finished the job. I was expecting to be able to treat this tool like, you know, a tool, but I couldn't. For a one shot us give it a try, but if your looking for a long term item to add to your toolbox look for a better one.

Perfect. Was able to torque the lock nut to the proper torque to seat the bearings properly.
