This is a no-frills rice cooker. You can only cook & warm - no other buttons. But it works great. Rice turns out great, it's fast and it's easy to clean. What more do you need?

Perfect rice every time. Grew up with a big rice cooker like this, even bigger, but we don’t consume rice every day so when I make it it easily lasts a week in the fridge. Biggest thing is this doesn’t burn the bottom rice when done cooking, it makes a full batch perfect throughout everytime

I haven't had a need for a rice cooker, mainly cooking my rice on the stove top.After many long work nights and busy days with kids, and many youtube videos on one pot meals, I bought this rice cooker. Just a simple, no fail cook/warm button. None of those with a million cook options :).(It's important to know that these rice cooker cups that comes with the rice cooker are NOT your standard 1 cup size, it's more like 3/4 of a regular cup size).I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it cooked my rice, especially my sweet glutonous rice where normally you would have to soak for 4-6 hrs to overnight. I was extremely impressed at how quickly and cooked thru it was in such a short amount of time. I have tried making hainanese chicken and it turned out perfectly. My new favorite go to! I've also tried various rice and chicken one pot meals, even steaming sweet potatos and it comes out perfect everytime! I love that the design is not bulky, durable, and also love the color. It's a keeper for me!

This rice cooker cooks fast and is super user friendly it comes with a cup and a rice spatula and that worked really well. We love the clean look to it and cleaning it is easy.

My rice cooker came, but it was missing a plug that goes with it. I tried to get help from Cuckoo company. They didn’t even reply, I tried again and they didn’t reply again. I have a rice cooker, but can’t even use it because I don’t have a plug. I tried many ways to get help, but I haven’t had any luck. Really terrible customer service. I am very disappointed. I can’t believe they won’t even reply to you. Now I am stuck with this rice cooker that I can’t even use. I don’t have original box to even send it back and also I have been waiting for them to get back to me for so long, now it’s too late for me to send it back now. I am so frustrated!!!
