Bought this about a year ago for my husband. This has performed so well. Easy to clean, just pop it in the dishwasher. The lid fits nicely and provides some protection from the grill/smoker heat as well as keeping the bugs out of the sauce. The brush is silicone and so far has held up great. Would recommend 100%.

I have always been of fan of their products. Solid construction and fair price points make it an easy decision for purchase as a consumer. Use this all the time for basting smoked meats throughout the year. Also use it while camping and it keeps the bugs out of your sauces / marinades.

Nice quality but this is a gift. The box it came in was pulled apart and crushed.. you carrier needs to be more careful with packages.

My husband loves it. He can grill and baste things on the grill without being concerned about bugs getting in the sauce. He puts it on the grill to keep the sauce warm and easy to apply. Both the container and brush clean up easily. It is so much easier to use than trying to keep the sauce covered with tin foil.

Wish there was a bigger size but this gets the job done. Not for larger cooks but quality product nonetheless.

I've had this brush & sauce pot for a couple of years. I've been filling and refilling without thinking to wash it after all this time (oh yeah, I'm embarrassed.) So imagine my shock that the oil was still clean tasting and useable! The pot/brush handle is moderately thick steel; the brush head is silicone and also moderately thick. In the presence of oil, the heavy weight of each forces a much better adherence between brush lid and container. I did, however, clean them in the dishwasher and they turned out very well. Caution: some dishwasher detergents have too much perfume which is not appropriate for flavoring food.I highly recommend Cuisinart CBP-116 Sauce Pot and Basting Brush Set!

Gift for my son and he loved it. He does a lot of smoking meat and though it would be nice to set it inside the smoker just the right size and quality of the product would hold up inside the smoker.
