Very easy to use and clean. Used it for beef jerky - rotated the trays once half way through. Everything came out consistently dried with great texture. It held 3 pounds sliced beef perfectly. Not very happy with my recipe but that was mine and Alton Brown's fault. Mostly my fault probably.

no timer on this and i didnt realize it so its kind of a pain having to be aware of it and when to turn it off. but its running good and im so excited to dry my own fruit to make christmas ornaments this year! if you want a timer, look elsewhere. this seems really basic and maybe not worth the money since it was 80$!

We cant stop using this! Its great for drying fruit and herbs! Makes a bit of noise but that's to be expected. Its nothing insanely loud but noticeable. Its so much fun to test various things in it!

Great item delivered to home but larger oversized box was given to the post and now have to take trip couple towns away to pick it up

I love this dehydrator. It’s easy to use, works well and has continuously proven to be just what I need.I dehydrate primarily fruit, and homemade fruit leather and this one never disappoints me.

The temperature settings are undefined and I don't have a way to figure it out. The manual doesn't even list it. It however does work with the recipes it gives and you can ballpark for other things like jerky.

In case you reside in the Middle East it’s not compatible. It’s 120 volt . Also there was a delay with delivery . Eventually Amazon refunded the money

Ya preparé tomates deshidratados, carne (beef jerky), manzanas y sandÃa. Una buena opción para preparar un lunch de medio dÃa y de mejor calidad y mas económico que los comerciales. Recomiendo el libro para preparar alimentos deshidratados, tiene buenos consejos y recetas.
