I see no problem with this hitch ball. I saw some reviews that weren't good, But this is a good name brand is a good Hitch Ball. I have been pulling trailers for 50 years for what that's worth. I will buy another one when I need one.

Not much more to say. Great price, delivery, and performance. I don't know how soft or hard the metal is, yet i towed a largest Airstream with it and no problems at all. Still looked like new after one use.

Purchased a 10,000 2-15/16 hitch ball for a new utility trailer. The curt hitch ball is impressive! Very solid and heavy ball. Putting on draw bar was straight forward and the ball torqued into place with ease. Very confident this trailer hitch ball will last a significant period of time. If you need a trailering ball Curt is a great choice.
